This role is working with a national Training company, based in Daventry, delivering technical automotive apprenticeship training. Working with small groups of learners, building relationships, and supporting them through the complete journey.
To apply, you must have Automotive engineering experience either within a training/teaching role or in industry with a quality to coach and develop learners. You should be organised with good relationship building skills and be able to work independently.
