We're looking for a proactive and organised Internal Talent Executive to support the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll work closely with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, HR, and Marketing to attract, engage, and onboard talented individuals while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and advertise job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates.
- Maintain and develop a talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback, and offers.
- Work with hiring managers and recruitment agencies throughout the recruitment process.
- Liaise with HR to support onboarding of successful candidates.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities.
About You
You'll have previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
