An exciting new role for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join a dynamic Apprenticeship team. Working for a leading training provider who specialise in IT and Digital apprenticeships. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in winning new business driving client relationships, activity and fee generation via apprenticeship starts. You will demonstrate high levels of pace, passion and persuasion with excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience of winning new business and managing key accounts
  • MUST HAVE Apprenticeships knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
  • To generate success from sales calls
  • To generate high quality candidates
  • Managing client relationships to the highest standard
  • To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
  • To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
  • Maintaining all relevant management information on the CRM
