What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging, coaching sessions to construction and engineering apprentices.
  • Inspire and support learners in achieving their full potential.
  • Assess apprentices’ work, providing constructive feedback to help them develop.
  • Prepare learners for their End Point Assessments, supporting them in achieving the grades they aim for.
  • Work closely with employers to tailor training to real-world industry needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Assessing qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Level 3 qualification in Construction or Engineering with some industry experience.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to engage learners with technology.
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting apprentices on their learning journey.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and work flexibly.
