Additional Learning Needs Consultant – LONDON – FIXED TERM CONTRACT 4 MONTHS

Are you passionate about creating access to learning for every apprentice? My client are looking for an experienced ALN Consultant to lead the strategy for supporting learners with additional needs — ensuring every individual has the opportunity to thrive. You’ll assist with ALN setting high standards for inclusive practice and learner wellbeing. This role is London based 3 days per week and will pay up to £60,000. This an initial 4 month contract with the chance to become permanent.

About You

Extensive experience in ALN, inclusion, or equitable access within post-16 education.
Strong knowledge of ALN legislation, statutory guidance, and best practice.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Confidence using data to drive decisions and improvement.
