We are seeking a Senior Finance Lead to serve as a key financial steward and strategic partner to firm leadership. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that goes beyond traditional accounting; you will own financial reporting, forecasting, controls infrastructure, and will have the opportunity to build and develop new processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Own the monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with firm leadership
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice preparation, tracking, and collections
  • Maintain and submit VAT filings across all jurisdictions
  • Partner with project managers to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely collections
  • Manage relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other financial service vendors
  • Drive the build-out of the finance function, including hiring, systems, and reporting infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a finance role, with ownership of full-cycle accounting and financial operations
  • Experience working with multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional structures, including VAT filings
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar)
