The Role You'll be Executive Assistant to the Board, working closely with the CEO to keep the business running smoothly at the top. You'll manage the CEO's diary, run the company's diary, support Board members in the execution of their duties, and act as the first point of contact and "front of house" for the business. This isn't a background admin role — you'll be trusted with sensitive information, exposed to high-level decision-making, and given real scope to make the role your own as the business grows.
