Cleaners Wanted – End of Tenancy & Void Property Cleans
SLR Recruitment are looking to build a strong network of reliable and experienced cleaners for ongoing end of tenancy and void property work across Hampshire. This role is offered on an ad hoc basis with shifts typically confirmed around a week in advance, so we are looking for cleaners who can accommodate varying schedules.
Pay Rates:
- £16.81 per hour (holiday pay included)
- £15.00 per hour (holiday pay excluded)
Hours: 8am–4pm (earlier starts may be required depending on the day)
The Role:
- End of tenancy and void property cleaning in empty homes ready for new tenants
- Cleaning up to 2 properties per day (depending on shifts given)
- General and deep cleaning duties including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and appliances (if needed)
- Ensuring properties are left to a high standard and fully move-in ready
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible with availability
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
