Location: Fareham, UK
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–16:30pm (may vary by site)
About the OpportunitySLR Recruitment are excited to present a fantastic new role for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a leading Building Services & Maintenance company in Fareham. You’ll become an integral part of a strong Maintenance Department with plenty of opportunity to grow.

The RoleYou’ll be working across a variety of commercial premises including schools, housing, and offices throughout Hampshire (plus occasional travel to Gillingham & Berkshire). Your day-to-day will include:
- PPM servicing & reactive maintenance call-outs
- Ensuring buildings are safe, compliant & fully operational
- Handling anything from minor repairs to full system installations
No two days will be the same!
Skills & Knowledge Needed- Strong commercial experience (domestic work = bonus)
- Plumbing knowledge & unvented certifications (training provided if needed)
- Understanding of building materials, safety standards & regulations
- Great customer service & communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
- Company vehicle & fuel card
- 20–30 hours overtime available per month
