We re a shipping line with a buzzing, fast-paced commercial team and we re on the hunt for a bright, organised Commercial Customer Service Assistant to help keep our customers, bookings, and paperwork ticking along nicely.
You ll get stuck into documentation and export clearances, process bookings, support vessel operations, and be a friendly first point of contact for our customers by phone and email.
It s varied, hands-on, and genuinely customer-facing ideal if you love solving problems, staying busy, and being the person who makes things happen.
No shipping or logistics background needed what matters most is great customer service experience and confidence working in an office environment.
We ll happily teach you the rest!
You ll need: to be organised, personable, and confident chatting to customers.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and up for learning new systems (full training given on our internal tools).
