SLR Recruitment are looking for multi-skilled labourers to support Installation Engineers on an ongoing long-term basis. Our client is a sealing systems specialist who provides sealing solutions for cable and pipe entries. Their products help protect buildings from water leaks, fire risks, and gas movement. They offer a range of solutions including Rise Duct Seal, Slipsil Sealing Plug, and Nofirno Coated Mineral Wool Boards, all designed to meet safety standards and specific site needs. The client also supports customers with training, installation guidance, and technical advice to ensure their systems are fitted and maintained correctly.

The role

This job role is looking for labourers willing to be mobile and travel around the UK wherever the project takes them. You will be expected to get stuck in and help with all aspects of general labouring whilst keeping the site clean and hazard-free. All training will be given to ensure you feel confident on site and learn the necessary skills to fully assist every project. This job role will put you working closely with the engineers and give you an insight into the job they do which could possibly lead to future development and even a permanent position!

CVs will be reviewed and any potential candidates will be asked to attend an interview; this can be face to face if local to the head office in Cramlington or via Teams/WhatsApp Video Call if further away. Must have a valid CSCS Card and a Valid UK Driving License.

Rates

  • £15.00 per hour weekdays (Monday to Friday, 10 hours a day)
  • £22.00 Weekend
  • Digs are included if working away plus £22 a day subs

Hours

Roughly 10-11 hours a day

Start: 06:30

Finish: 17:00

Contractors will have the use of a company vehicle, so a driving license is an absolute must. If you are interested in this role please get in touch.
