SLR Recruitment is seeking a Bid Manager—Advanced Shipbuilding to own the end-to-end bid process for global defence shipbuilding opportunities from tender review through to contract award. Based in Southampton, you’ll collaborate across legal, finance, engineering, and operations, shaping compliant and profitable submissions and negotiating terms with customers and suppliers.
The role reports to the Head of the Defence Business Unit and offers autonomy, margin ownership, and a clear path.
