  • EMEA Finance Manager to join our established

Management Accounts team , supporting high‑profile operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa within our fast‑growing, private equity‑backed environmental consultancy.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and control across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on employment cost reporting — one of the organisation’s most significant cost bases.

The role

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations and regional teams, contributing to a dynamic, acquisitive environment with opportunities for cross‑border exposure.

About You

As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), you will also have strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting, along with:

  • Experience analysing large and complex employment cost bases
  • Strong understanding of balance sheet control and reconciliation processes
  • Experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to manage and develop team members
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable

  • Experience within a private equity‑backed or acquisitive organisation
  • Experience operating in a multi‑country EMEA environment
  • Knowledge of lease accounting standards
  • Experience supporting integrations following acquisitions
  • Experience within professional services, consultancy, engineering, environmental or related sectors
