Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our established Commercial and Project Management team of 11 in Bolton or Stoke. In this role, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of high-impact projects across a diverse portfolio including renewable energy (Wind, Solar, BESS), major infrastructure (HS2, linear cable routes, hydrogen pipelines) and Industrial & Commercial Development projects.

The Role

You’ll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards, while building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery from tender through to completion
  • Managing budgets, programmes, risk and change control
  • Coordinating internal teams and external contractors
  • Producing client reports, cost forecasts and payment assessments
  • Supporting client relationships and contributing to new opportunities
  • Undertaking occasional site visits to ensure quality, compliance and HSE standards

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Environmental and Earth Sciences, Planning, ESIA and Engineering along with Global Advisory, on complex and impactful projects, with opportunities for European and international exposure.

About You

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented project manager with strong commercial awareness and experience delivering complex UK based projects. You’ll bring:

  • A degree in a related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with construction contractors and managing delivery
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • APM, CEng, NEC or similar qualification (or working towards)
  • A driving licence that permits you to legally drive in the UK is required for site visits
