What this role will do:
- This is an analyst-level role that will own a workstream to support the advisory team deliver Planetrics analytics, project deliverables and proposals within client defined timelines
- Collaborate closely with advisory team members to solve complex client problems using qualitative and quantitative analysis and implement practical solutions
- Conduct market, industry, economic, climate and regulatory research
- Develop custom financial/economic models and analytics to deliver tailored insights to meet client needs
- Synthesize Planetrics insights and project findings into clear, compelling presentations for clients and senior stakeholders
- Work closely with advisory team members and clients to make strategic recommendations and provide implementation support
Skills required:
- 0-3 years experience in finance, banking, economics or consultancy
- 2:1 or equivalent degree or a Master’s in economics, finance, or another relevant field
- An interest in working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to go the extra mile
- Clear, structured thinking
- Comfortable working with data, building intuition from results, and being precise with assumptions and methodology
- Ability to complete work to ambitious deadlines and at high quality over extended client engagements
- Intellectually curious, ask good questions, and keen to understand the “why” (not just execute tasks)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease when presenting to senior clients
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Grit, determination and commitment to continuous learning and personal development
