What this role will do:

  • This is an analyst-level role that will own a workstream to support the advisory team deliver Planetrics analytics, project deliverables and proposals within client defined timelines
  • Collaborate closely with advisory team members to solve complex client problems using qualitative and quantitative analysis and implement practical solutions
  • Conduct market, industry, economic, climate and regulatory research
  • Develop custom financial/economic models and analytics to deliver tailored insights to meet client needs
  • Synthesize Planetrics insights and project findings into clear, compelling presentations for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with advisory team members and clients to make strategic recommendations and provide implementation support

Skills required:

  • 0-3 years experience in finance, banking, economics or consultancy
  • 2:1 or equivalent degree or a Master’s in economics, finance, or another relevant field
  • An interest in working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Clear, structured thinking
  • Comfortable working with data, building intuition from results, and being precise with assumptions and methodology
  • Ability to complete work to ambitious deadlines and at high quality over extended client engagements
  • Intellectually curious, ask good questions, and keen to understand the “why” (not just execute tasks)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease when presenting to senior clients
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Grit, determination and commitment to continuous learning and personal development
