EMEASLR is a global leader in sustainability solutions, working with clients to help make sustainability happen, within a collaborative, people‑first culture. We’re looking for a proactive Bid Administrator to join our growing Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Bid Team in a newly created role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the central bid inbox daily.
- Review incoming opportunities, clarifications and correspondence.
- Access tender portals, download documentation and monitor updates.
- Ensure portal registrations, passwords and access details are current and secure.
- Distribute opportunities and queries to key stakeholders.
- Maintain bid records and audit trails, and log opportunities on our Bid Diary.
- Upload submissions, set up bid folders and support document management.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Bid Team.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role (bid or procurement experience desirable).
- Familiarity with tender portals and document management systems.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
