Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to join our established Management Accounts team, supporting high-profile operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa within our fast-growing, private equity-backed environmental consultancy.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis and control across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on employment cost reporting - one of the organisation's most significant cost bases.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations and regional teams, contributing to a dynamic, acquisitive environment with opportunities for cross-border exposure.

About You
As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), you will also have strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting, along with:
- Experience analysing large and complex employment cost bases
- Strong understanding of balance sheet control and reconciliation processes
- Experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desirable
- Experience within a private equity-backed or acquisitive organisation
- Experience operating in a multi-country EMEA environment
- Knowledge of lease accounting standards
- Experience supporting integrations following acquisitions
- Experience within professional services, consultancy, engineering, environmental or related sectors
