You'll play a key role in delivering ecology inputs to a wide range of projects across sectors such as Renewables, Energy Infrastructure, Built Environment, and Land Management. Depending on your level and specialism, responsibilities may include:
- Undertaking and managing ecological surveys and mitigation projects (e.g., ornithology, protected species, habitats)
- Leading ecological aspects of development projects and advising clients
- Preparing fee proposals, technical reports, and reviewing peer/sub-contractor outputs
- Designing and delivering habitat management and monitoring strategies
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management (Associate/Principal level)

We welcome applications from ecologists with experience/specialisms in any of the following areas:
- Habitat surveys and botanical skills
- Protected species surveys (bats, reptiles, amphibians, water voles, otters, birds, invertebrates)
- Ornithology or other ecological specialisms
- Project management, EIA/ EcIA chapters, and Habitat Regulations Assessment
- Business development and team leadership (senior levels)
Essential: Degree in Ecology, Biological Science or related discipline (MSc desirable), Eligible for CIEEM membership, Full UK driving licence.
