With an exciting project pipeline for the coming years, we are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to be part of our innovative team.

In this role, you will contribute to the quality of our deliverables to Clients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, applying your expertise to ensure robust document management operations to enable the successful delivery of our projects. As the company success and reputation rests not only on our engineering capabilities but also high-quality execution, your role will be crucially at the forefront of SLPE’s reputation and success in the eyes of our clients and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Information Manager on a permanent basis, to manage project documentation on SLPE’s offshore wind design projects. As an integral part of your role, you will also manage and maintain general company documentation such as our Integrated Management System procedures to support our growing organisation.

You will be responsible for maintaining robust and accurate document control systems, ensuring that all project information is current, correctly formatted, approved, and distributed to the right stakeholders at the right time. In the project context, these may include a range of project deliverables, formal review comments, and technical queries. This role requires a strong understanding of document management processes within complex engineering environments. You will play a critical role in supporting project delivery as well as upholding SLPE’s standards for governance, accuracy, and compliance across all project documentation.

What we offer:

At SLPE, we foster a friendly and flexible culture. We put our people first so that they can do their best work, consistently pushing the boundaries of offshore wind design. This role allows you to set our project teams up for success by managing the information lifecycle on the projects we deliver.
