Slowear is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our store on King’s Road, London. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand rooted in timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to modern retail. As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a true brand ambassador and an “all-rounder” within the store. You will play a key role on the shopfloor, driving sales performance, building your own client base, and supporting all aspects of daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized service, creating meaningful and memorable client experiences.
  • Proactively develop and manage your personal client book through outreach and consistent CRM activity.

  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the shopfloor is always aligned with brand standards.

Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a boutique environment.
  • Menswear experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong clienteling skills, with a proactive approach to CRM and client outreach.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with a practical and hands-on mindset.
  • Commercially driven, with a genuine interest in achieving and exceeding targets.
