Slowear is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our store on Marylebone High Street, London. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand rooted in timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to modern retail.

As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a true brand ambassador and an “all-rounder” within the store. You will play a key role on the shopfloor, driving sales performance, building your own client base, and supporting all aspects of daily store operations.

  • Proactively develop and manage your personal client book through outreach and consistent CRM activity.
  • Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the shopfloor is always aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on support in daily operations, including stock management and overall store upkeep.
