Slowear would like to enlarge the London Team! We are looking for a Client Advisor with a passion for high-quality products. As a Client Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where the digitisation of processes integrates perfectly with attention to people.
In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Create an exceptional shopping experience for customers, following company guidelines and bringing your personal contribution.
- Involve the customers in the Slowear philosophy, transmitting the history and characteristics of our products.
- Collaborate with the team in daily store management activities such as store opening and closing, cashier and warehouse management.
- Collaborate in updating the CRM system and using data to personalise the relationship with customers.
