What you’ll be doing:
Help shape the way our council connects, communicates and engages. As our Senior Internal Communications Lead, you’ll create clear, inclusive and compelling communications that bring our priorities, values and ambitions to life for colleagues across the organisation. You’ll lead our internal communications approach, advising senior leaders, managing key channels, supporting change programmes and using insight to strengthen staff engagement. From leadership updates and staff stories to events, campaigns and feedback, you’ll make sure employees feel informed, heard and involved. We’re looking for a confident, creative communicator with strong judgement, political awareness and a passion for employee voice.
