What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop the Emergency Planning and Response teams within Slough.
- Coordinate multi‑agency and, where necessary, cross‑Berkshire working, and maintain a comprehensive, regularly audited and updated suite of emergency plans, procedures and the equipment to implement them—covering the full breadth of risk from individuals and communities to borough‑wide incidents—to fulfil the Council’s duties under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.
