We are hiring 3 professional and experienced Best Start Inclusion Practitioners who will play a key role in this new national role, ensuring all children and families, particularly those who may face barriers to accessing services, receive high‑quality, inclusive support through the Family Hubs. You should be passionate about working collaboratively with families, early years settings, health professionals and community partners to identify needs early through the one‑front‑door Family Hub, to promote positive outcomes and help children achieve the best possible start in life.
The role will focus on supporting children’s development, wellbeing and school readiness by providing advice, guidance and support for families, in conjunction with other professionals. You will champion inclusive practice and work to reduce inequalities, build strong relationships with families and the community, empower them to access services, strengthen parenting confidence and engage fully in their child’s learning and development journey.
As a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner you will contribute to delivering welcoming, accessible and inclusive Family Hub services that meet the diverse needs of the local community.
