We are looking for a proactive and confident Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing talented people for SBC. Working closely with hiring managers, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner, guiding them through every stage of the hiring process — from shaping attraction strategies and advising on routes to market, through to selection, offer and onboarding. You will manage multiple campaigns, provide clear and practical advice, and use recruitment data, market knowledge and best practice to deliver inclusive, effective and timely hiring outcomes.
You will bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the confidence to influence stakeholders, alongside a genuine passion for delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
