We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Youth Justice Service as a Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, families, and victims within our community. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working to create positive change for young people, ensuring they receive the best support and interventions to reduce reoffending and improve outcomes.
As a Team Manager in the Youth Justice service, you will promote evidence-based practice and implement best approaches. You will ensure deadlines, targets, and national standards are met and ensure the services meet the needs of diverse communities.
We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week based in the office.
