  • Act as the primary point of contact for PEP queries from schools and users.
  • Track PEP schedules, ensuring completion and sign-off by required deadlines, and chase overdue PEPs, escalating issues as needed.
  • Attend EPEP training and share updates with the Virtual School team, as well as train new EPEP users, including annual DT training sessions.
  • Support planning for future EPEP developments and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate information in various registers, and support data reporting for KPIs, Ofsted, and quarterly QA audits.
  • Keep an updated list of Designated Teachers and monitor Ofsted school ratings.
  • Provide administrative support to Virtual School workers as required.
