Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in fostering? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support, supervision and guidance to our foster carers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and stable care. You will oversee a caseload of foster carers, ensuring they are fully supported in their roles and equipped to meet the needs of the children in their care.
For this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and have demonstrable experience working as a Social Worker within children’s services. You will also possess a strong understanding of the National Minimum Standards and Fostering Services Regulations.
