Slough Children First is seeking a Senior Referrals Coordinator for a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover in Slough. You will help deliver early help by coordinating referrals, assessing needs and ensuring timely support for young people and families, working with schools, partner agencies and specialists to improve outcomes and reduce statutory intervention.
The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
