Overview

As part of our commitment to Slough\’s Recovery and Improvement Plan, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Youth Engagement Worker to join our team. In this role, you will actively engage with young people referred to or identified by relevant agencies, providing the motivation, guidance, and support they need to overcome the barriers, circumstances, and challenges they face. You will work closely with young people to help them identify opportunities and pathways to successfully transition into adulthood, whether through education, training, employment, or personal development. You should be resilient, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to deliver joined‑up, effective support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the recovery and improvement of services in Slough while supporting young people to achieve their potential and create positive futures.
