What You’ll Be Doing
The Strategic Asset and Estates Manager will be overseeing and implementing the disposal of the Council’s surplus property. This will involve working closely with Services to shape and deliver strategic services plans to ensure that services can be delivered from the right buildings to benefit residents of Slough. You will play a key role in liaising with and managing tenants, and in driving income from a diverse range of council‑owned property assets, including community assets, retail units and investment assets such as office buildings.
