What you\'ll be doing:
We are looking for 2 Social Work Assistants, who\'ll work with residents and their carers to help them live independently and thrive. You\'ll build relationships, carry out assessments, create personalised care plans, and connect people with the right support. Using a strengths-based, community-focused approach, you\'ll empower individuals to take control of their wellbeing and make the most of their own strengths-all while working closely with local partners to deliver care that truly matters.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months\' service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached.
