What you’ll be doing:
You will be working within a community based team and applying a strengths-based, locality- focused model of social care. Social Work Assistants will hold a caseload of residents or their carers, undertaking appropriate assessments, care and support plans and reviews in accordance with legislation, Council and Departmental Procedures and best practice.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your Director.
