What You’ll Be Doing

Our Tenancy Management Team is looking to recruit a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support people to set up and sustain their tenancy. The role holder will assist residents in establishing and maintaining their tenancy, encouraging and facilitating independence, supporting an enhanced quality of life, health, and well-being, and providing short-term support plans for those with challenging and complex needs to help maintain their tenancy.
