This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Slough’s SEND improvement journey. You will work with schools, families, health, social care and community partners to strengthen inclusive practice, improve early intervention and help rebuild trust in services that matter deeply to local residents.

We are looking for an experienced, collaborative and values-led leader who can turn strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes. If you want your work to improve life chances, reduce barriers and help children and young people in Slough thrive, we would love to hear from you.
