Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Observatory House / Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

DBS requirement: Enhanced

Responsibilities

You will be working within a Community Team and applying a strengths‑based, person‑centred model of social care. A Social Worker will hold a mixture of cases, including some with high complexity of residents and/or their carers, undertaking appropriate assessments, care and support plans and reviews in accordance with legislation, Council and Departmental Procedures and best practice.
