What You’ll Be Doing
As the Revenues & Welfare Applications Lead - Welfare, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing and supporting the Council's core Revenues and Welfare systems, ensuring they remain secure, efficient and fit for purpose. Working closely with the Revenues and Welfare Systems & Control Manager, you will provide expert technical leadership for Welfare-related system developments while supporting wider Revenues functions as required.
You will lead on the administration, configuration and optimisation of MRI (formerly Capita) and Civica360 systems, manage system upgrades and interfaces, develop reports and SQL queries, investigate and resolve complex issues, and support major projects such as annual billing and year-end processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced systems professional who enjoys using technology, data and innovation to improve services for residents and support critical council functions.
