What You’ll Be Doing
As the Revenues & Welfare Applications Lead (Revenues), you will provide specialist technical support and leadership for the Council's Revenues systems, helping to ensure the effective collection and administration of Council Tax, Business Rates and related services. Working with the Revenues and Welfare Systems & Control Manager, you will lead on Revenues-related system developments while supporting Welfare functions where required. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing MRI (formerly Capita) and Civica360 systems, managing upgrades and interfaces, developing reports and SQL solutions, overseeing system security and integrity, and supporting key annual activities such as billing and year-end processing. The role offers the chance to influence service transformation and ensure systems are delivering efficient, customer-focused and compliant services across the Council.
