What You’ll Be Doing
The Reactive Maintenance Delivery Officer will play a key role in managing and overseeing maintenance contracts across a diverse range of property assets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, value for money, and high-quality service delivery. The role involves planning, procurement, monitoring, and performance management of contractors delivering responsive, planned, and cyclical maintenance work.
