What you’ll be doing

An exciting opportunity to join our Best Start Family Hub team at the start of a new government initiative, Best Start in Life. To lead on an evidence-based project to develop the parenting and home learning offers for Slough, collaborating with a range of multi-agency partners to coordinate/deliver a long-term term sustainable parenting offer for children aged 0-19years and (0-25years with SEND). To engage with our private, voluntary, and faith sectors around home learning to identify ways to enhance already established child and family groups, and to use innovative ways of supporting families with home learning for children under 5.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your Director.
