What You’ll Be Doing
Join Slough Borough Council and play a key role in delivering high-quality housing services that make a real difference to our communities. As a Team Leader within our Housing Management Service, you will lead a dedicated neighbourhood team, driving excellent customer service, improving performance, and ensuring residents receive a responsive, professional and person‑centred service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing professional to lead by example, influence service improvements, and work collaboratively with residents, colleagues and partners to create safe, well‑managed neighbourhoods where people are proud to live.
