Slough Borough Council is looking for an experienced Management Information and Performance Officer to join our Children’s Services Directorate.

- Pay Level 6: ÂŁ36,508 to ÂŁ40,958 (inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance)
- Contract: Permanent
- Working Hours: 37 per week
- Location: The Curve, Slough
- DBS requirement: Enhanced

What you’ll be doing
Become a driving force in shaping the future of our Adult Learning and Skills Service. In this pivotal role, you will lead the management, accuracy, and compliance of our data and reporting systems—ensuring that every piece of information we hold is reliable, insightful, and impactful. You’ll be the guardian of our management information, including the Individualised Learner Record (ILR), guiding grant claims, coordinating budgets, and delivering high‑quality performance analysis. You’ll work closely with colleagues and subcontracted providers to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your expertise will drive improvements across the Service, support our journey to strengthen our Ofsted rating, and oversee the implementation of a modern Learning Management System.
