What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Delivery Partner, you’ll support the Children’s Services directorate, with a particular focus on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team. You’ll partner with senior leaders and managers to understand their priorities and provide practical, people-focused advice that supports the delivery of high-quality services for children, young people and families.
You’ll help turn workforce priorities into action across Children’s Services, providing support on organisational change, workforce planning and complex employee relations matters. Working closely with the SEND team, you’ll coach leaders, build management capability and help develop effective ways of working that respond to evolving service needs.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll lead and contribute to initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, employee wellbeing and service delivery. By building trusted relationships across the directorate, and especially within SEND, you’ll help ensure colleagues have the support, skills and confidence they need to thrive.
If you’re passionate about enabling positive change, developing others and using your HR expertise to make a lasting difference for Children’s Services and the SEND team, this is an opportunity to do just that.
