We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Wellbeing and Resilience Practitioner to join our Family Information Service team. This rewarding role will focus on engaging directly with families experiencing financial hardship, crisis or instability, helping them navigate services and access the support they need to improve their wellbeing, build resilience and create positive outcomes for their children.

Using a whole-family approach, you will work alongside families to understand their circumstances, identify barriers and provide practical advice, guidance and supported referrals. You will work closely with Family Hubs, schools, early years providers, community organisations and other partners to ensure families receive timely and coordinated support.

You will also contribute to outreach and community engagement activities, helping to reach families who may not otherwise access services and ensuring support is available where it is needed most. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to families’ lives while helping to reduce inequalities and improve outcomes across Slough.
