The Family Information Service Partnership Manager will support the strategic direction and leadership to the Family Information Service. The postholder will strengthen cross sector working relationships, building trust and enabling collaboration, strengthening our information duty to improve outcomes for children, young people and families 0 - 25.

You will lead and manage the Family Information Service (FIS) in alignment with the Best Start in Life Strategy, ensuring families have access to high-quality, timely, and inclusive information about services that support children’s development from conception to age five. The postholder will work collaboratively across early years, health, education, and community sectors to promote integrated support through Family Hubs and digital platforms.

They will develop internal and external partnerships to co-design a multi-channel and outreach service, providing an accessible information, advice and guidance service, for families with children and young people aged 0-25, to deliver the Council’s Early Years, Childcare, Early Help, Family Services and Family Hubs and SEND Local Offer.
