The Energy Contract Lead will oversee a team on the delivery of a circa £3m p.a contract. To work with the market and brokers to deliver the best value for all utilities across housing stock, property assets, street lighting, and car charging network. In a highly volatile market, this role will require someone with experience and sound judgement to deliver savings and advise on best route to market. A proven negotiator, they will plan, coordinate, and implement business plans for Electricity, Gas and Water contracts.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your director.
