Early Years Operational Area Manager – leading early years provision across multiple settings, driving performance, ensuring quality, safety and compliance, inspiring nursery leaders and building partnerships with families and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Champion excellence and support nursery leaders to develop and deliver outstanding care and education.
- Drive performance and continuous improvement across settings.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in early years leadership or management.
- Strong strategic thinking and a drive for continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of regulatory and safeguarding requirements in early years.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks.
Employment Conditions
- Annual increments payable on 1 April each year, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Annual leave: 26 days (not including bank holidays), rising to 30 days after 2–5 years’ service and 33 days after 5 years’ service.
