Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for leading and overseeing Admissions, Transport and Licensing operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with statutory regulations and codes of practice. The role ensures timely processing of admissions, appeals, transport and licensing applications, while supporting vulnerable and hard-to-place pupils to access education. The role holder will also manage and performance monitor the Admissions & Transport Team to drive high standards of service delivery and compliance.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your director.
