We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to lead our brand-new SEND Development Hub, creating an inclusive, inspiring, and supportive environment where children with special educational needs and disabilities can flourish. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the hub's day-to-day operations, developing high-quality tailored provision, and working collaboratively with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

This role will involve leading a skilled team, shaping inclusive practice across the wider children's centres and family hub early years settings, overseeing assessments and personalised support plans, and building centres of excellence that promote every child's development, wellbeing, and confidence from the very start of their learning journey.
